IS ANXIETY CAUSING STRESS, TENSION & CONFLICT?

Anxious children have at least one anxious parent.

This is a truth I have come to know in my personal life (both as a child and a mother) and in my work with anxious children and their families.

This anxiety creates stress, tension and conflicts.  Parents are nagging, yelling, prodding and poking.  Children are negotiating, talking back, crying or shutting down.  It's unpleasant.  And guilt inducing.  And only increases everyone's anxiety and worry.

Ultimately, children can only begin to let go of their anxiety when parents can truly feel calm and confident in themselves.

In the end, this means parents come to deeply understand what it means to be "good enough" so they can  trust themselves to just parent their "good enough" child.

Wouldn't that feel great?

TESTIMONIALS

I met Judith in 2017 when she joined my Inspired Living and Working program. She was looking to transition into her own practice. From our very first meeting, this woman impressed the hell out of me. She was intelligent, caring, clear and on a mission for herself (and her daughter) and for children and parents everywhere. Her personal mission was to enjoy the process of creating an inspired life and business. Her bigger mission was to help children have great childhoods. Her belief (which I share) is that if more children had great childhoods, there would be more happy and healthy adults in our world. So often over the time we worked together, I thought “where were you 20 years ago when I was a parent doing my best, and often feeling like I fell short”. I had the unique experience of learning Judith’s philosophy and approach as she built her practice and online programming. This woman knows what she’s talking about. She does her due diligence every step of the way ensuring that what she is offering is founded in the highest principles and integrity. And it works. You simply have to talk to the families that she is and has worked with. She has helped parents connect and support their children in ways that they didn’t think was possible. As far as I see it, Judith is helping children have better childhoods - parents have great relationships with their children - and whole families are enjoying the process. I highly recommend Judith to friends and family and any parent who needs a little help (who doesn’t?) giving their child the best childhood possible. ~ Liz Garratt
