Online 6-weeks: Helping Children Work Through Their Emotions

Picture

A 6 session educational program help parents help kids!
Dates/times to be determined.  Please contact us to be added to the waitlist..

Children’s feelings can feel like a big, messy pile of mud. And the behaviours that they bring about can be even more challenging. Whether it’s sadness, anger, jealousy, worry, or even exuberant joy, caregivers can struggle to know how to step in and work through those feelings so the resulting behaviours don’t create problems. Parent-child conflict seems inevitable as caregivers rush to keep everyone safe and set limits.

The good news is there are skills parents can learn to step into that messy mud and help their children through emotions – the good, the bad and the ugly ones. It is possible to come out the other end of the process with clear expectations, limits and even consequences while maintaining warmth and connection. Whether your child is struggling with the roller coaster of the past two years, or with anxieties, worries and frustrations about other struggles in life, you will learn how to put on your mud boots and intentionally step in and help them make sense of and learn from their emotional experiences.

Cost: $300 per participant. Maximum of 8 participants.

TESTIMONIALS

I met Judith in 2017 when she joined my Inspired Living and Working program. She was looking to transition into her own practice. From our very first meeting, this woman impressed the hell out of me. She was intelligent, caring, clear and on a mission for herself (and her daughter) and for children and parents everywhere. Her personal mission was to enjoy the process of creating an inspired life and business. Her bigger mission was to help children have great childhoods.

Her belief (which I share) is that if more children had great childhoods, there would be more happy and healthy adults in our world. So often over the time we worked together, I thought “where were you 20 years ago when I was a parent doing my best, and often feeling like I fell short”. I had the unique experience of learning Judith’s philosophy and approach as she built her practice and online programming.

This woman knows what she’s talking about. She does her due diligence every step of the way ensuring that what she is offering is founded in the highest principles and integrity. And it works. You simply have to talk to the families that she is and has worked with. She has helped parents connect and support their children in ways that they didn’t think was possible.

As far as I see it, Judith is helping children have better childhoods - parents have great relationships with their children - and whole families are enjoying the process. I highly recommend Judith to friends and family and any parent who needs a little help (who doesn’t?) giving their child the best childhood possible.
