Guided Meditations for Attention & Focus

Below you'll find links to three audio recordings of guided meditation practices. I'm hoping they'll give you an opportunity to try three different ways to meditate and see what might be "right" for you. Each meditation varies in length, but you can stop at any time - there are no hard and fast rules here!  Give it a try and see what feels right for you. Click on the images below to begin.
